Start and Renewal

Your subscription starts as soon as payment completes, and the start time is recorded down to the day, hour, and minute.
It renews automatically every month at the same time it started. (e.g. starts Jan 23 at 11:35 AM → runs until Feb 22 at 11:34 AM)
At renewal, unused subscription credits expire instead of rolling over, and new credits are issued.

How It Works

Item	Details
Monthly fee	The service fee. Billed automatically every month to the card you added.
Credits	The image generation fee. 300 credits are issued automatically every month while you’re subscribed.

Subscription Status

Status	Meaning
FREE	You’ve signed up but haven’t subscribed yet. You can use your sign-up credits for 7 days.
Active	Payment went through and you can use every feature.
Cancelling	You requested cancellation, and your subscription ends automatically when the current period ends.
No plan	You haven’t started a subscription, or it has expired or been cancelled.

You can check your current status and next payment date in Settings → Subscription.

Payment Failed

If a recurring payment fails, your subscription is cancelled right away, with no automatic retry.
Please check your card’s expiry date, whether it allows international (USD) payments, and its limit in advance.
To use ModoAI again, just start a new subscription. Your account and data stay as they are.
