Credit Types

Type	When you get them	Valid until
Subscription credits	300 credits when you subscribe and at each monthly renewal	Next renewal date (unused credits expire, no rollover)
Top-up credits	When you top up while subscribed	90 days from the top-up
Promotion credits	Sign-up bonus (20 credits), events	Set expiry date (7 days for the sign-up bonus)

Unused subscription credits expire at renewal, even if you have 10 left, and new credits are issued.
Promotion credits expire after their validity period, whether or not you’re subscribed.

Generation fails	None (restored automatically)

Credits are used in this order: promotion credits → subscription credits → top-up credits.
Top-up credits that expire sooner are used first.

Only Starter plan subscribers can top up. (Not available on the legacy Taste plan)
Top-up credits are valid for 90 days from the top-up and are not refundable.
We’ll email you 7 days and 1 day before they expire.
