Advertising and Labeling Rules
- If an AI-generated image may differ from the actual product, you must clearly disclose it so consumers aren’t misled.
- When using AI-generated images, we recommend adding a label such as “This is a staged image.”
- If the color, components, or other details differ from the actual product, please describe the difference specifically.
- It’s best to include photos of the actual product on your product page as well.
