Subscription Fee Refunds

You can get a refund within 14 days of payment if you haven’t used any credits.

Credit Refunds

Type	Criteria
Refundable	Image generation fails (credits restored automatically) Incorrect images caused by a technical defect (request by email)
Not refundable	Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction Results caused by input errors User-side issues, such as a misread prompt Top-up credits (credits used by failed generations or technical errors are re-granted) Issues not caused by ModoAI
