2. Session Replay Masking Principles

Area	Details
Input masking	Values entered into all input fields are masked by default and are not recorded.
Login and payment screens	Login and payment screens are excluded from recording.
Uploaded images	Original product images uploaded by users are not recorded.
On-screen text	Text displayed on screen is recorded in masked form.

3. Retention Periods

Category	Retention period
Analytics event records	12 months
Session replays	30 days
Job history	90 days

4. Opt-Out and Cross-Border Transfer

Area	Details
Opt-out	You may opt out of product analytics collection at any time under [Settings] > [Privacy] in the Service.
Browser signals	We honor browser-level opt-out signals such as GPC (Global Privacy Control).
Cross-border transfer	PostHog processes data in the United States (AWS us-east-1). You may object to the transfer to PostHog specifically, without any restriction on your use of other Service features.

Important Notes

The updated Terms and Policy will take effect on October 15, 2026.

By continuing to use the Service after the effective date, you are deemed to have agreed to the updated Terms and Policy.

If you do not agree with the updates, you may cancel your subscription or delete your account through account settings before the effective date.

For Korean users, where amendments are unfavorable to users, the Company provides this notice at least 30 days in advance pursuant to Article 3(3) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.

Users residing in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
