# Plans

> ModoAI runs on a single Starter plan.

## Starter Plan

* 300 credits a month covers 75 products at four shots each, or 30 at ten.

## Pricing

* Prices are in USD and exclude tax (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax).
* The final amount may vary with exchange rates.

## Sign-Up Bonus

* You get **20 credits** when you sign up.
* They're valid for 7 days from sign-up and given once per account.
* Promotions may change from time to time.

## Before You Subscribe

> **Service Information**

> * ModoAI is a subscription-based service that offers paid plans with recurring billing.
> * The service may be updated or modified from time to time. In accordance with our policies, the provision of the service or paid plans may be suspended or restricted without prior notice.
> * The service and paid plans may be changed or discontinued at our discretion.

> **Billing Information**
>
> * All prices are listed in USD and exclude tax. Applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) are calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing address.
> * Payments are processed securely through Stripe. If your card is billed in a currency other than USD, the final amount may vary depending on your card issuer's exchange rate and any conversion fees.
> * Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period. You can view your next billing date, payment history, and invoices on the **Subscription Management** page.
> * If you already have an active plan with a scheduled cancellation, you cannot change your plan or reverse the cancellation from this page. Please cancel the scheduled cancellation on the **Subscription Management** page first, then proceed.
> * If a minor purchases a paid plan without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or their legal guardian may cancel the purchase.

> **Cancellation and Refund Policy**

> * You may cancel your subscription at any time on the Subscription Management page. Please note that payment cancellations and refunds may be limited in accordance with our Refund Policy.
> * Cancellation requests can be submitted up to one day before your next billing date. Once requested, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
> * Immediate cancellations and refunds are subject to the ModoAI Refund Policy. For assistance, please contact our Customer Support or email [support@modoai.io](mailto:support@modoai.io).
> * All matters related to cancellation and refunds are governed by the ModoAI Terms of Service.
