# Human Figures & Image Rights

> To protect portrait rights and prevent legal risk, ModoAI restricts all forms of human figure generation.

* If a person is detected during image generation, they are removed automatically or generation is blocked.
* This policy is required to prevent portrait rights violations and applies equally to all users.

## What We Don't Generate

* Images where a real person's face or identity can be recognized
* Public figures such as celebrities, public officials, and politicians
* Images depicting a specific individual's appearance
* Realistic images of people that could be mistaken for real photos
* Virtual people, avatars, and characters in human form
* Anthropomorphized animals or human-like creatures
* Images with watermarks

## Good to Know

* If there's a person in your background photo, the image may be created with the person removed, or generation may be blocked.
* Uploading a mannequin or model-worn shot as the original may not give the result you intended.
* Please use product-only shots or photos of spaces without people.
