# Image Usage Guidelines

> Platform policies and advertising and labeling rules to follow when using the images you create.

## Platform Policies

* Images created with ModoAI must follow the policies of the platform where you use them.
* Policies differ by platform and can change at any time, so please check the latest rules before use.
* Violations can lead to post removal, ad rejection, or reduced visibility.

## Advertising and Labeling Rules

* If an AI-generated image may differ from the actual product, you must clearly disclose it so consumers aren't misled.
* When using AI-generated images, we recommend adding a label such as "This is a staged image."
* If the color, components, or other details differ from the actual product, please describe the difference specifically.
* It's best to include photos of the actual product on your product page as well.
