# [Notice] Updates to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (Effective October 15, 2026)

> The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are updated following the introduction of a product analytics tool (PostHog).

Following the introduction of a product analytics tool to improve service quality, we are updating our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please review the details below.

## Summary of Key Changes

### 1. Introduction of a Product Analytics Tool

### 2. Session Replay Masking Principles

### 4. Opt-Out and Cross-Border Transfer

| Browser signals | We honor browser-level opt-out signals such as GPC (Global Privacy Control). |
| Cross-border transfer | PostHog processes data in the United States (AWS us-east-1). You may **object to the transfer to PostHog specifically**, without any restriction on your use of other Service features. |

## Important Notes

* The updated Terms and Policy will take effect on October 15, 2026.
* By continuing to use the Service after the effective date, you are deemed to have agreed to the updated Terms and Policy.
* If you do not agree with the updates, you may cancel your subscription or delete your account through account settings before the effective date.
* For Korean users, where amendments are unfavorable to users, the Company provides this notice at least 30 days in advance pursuant to Article 3(3) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.
* Users residing in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
