# [Notice] Move to a Single Starter Plan and New Credit Top-Ups

> Starting September 10, 2026, ModoAI moves to a single Starter plan and introduces credit top-ups.

To help you use the credits you need **more flexibly and cost-effectively**, we are consolidating our plans into a single Starter plan and introducing a new credit top-up option.

## Plan Consolidation

| Area | Before | After |

| Plan lineup | Taste / Starter / Pro (3 plans) | Starter (single plan) |
| Starter monthly price | \$75 (VAT excluded) | \$75 (VAT excluded) — unchanged |
| New sign-ups | Choice of 3 plans | Starter only |

* **Starting September 10, 2026**, new subscribers will only be able to sign up for the Starter plan.
* The Starter subscription price and included credits remain the same. **There is no price increase.**
* The Taste and Pro plans will no longer be available for new sign-ups **starting September 10, 2026**.
* Existing Taste and Pro subscribers may **continue on their current plans and terms** with no action required.

## New: Credit Top-Ups

| Purpose | Add more credits as needed to keep working after your monthly subscription credits are used up |
| How to use | Go to the service page and click **\[View Plans] → \[Credit Top-Up]** to instantly purchase the credits you need |
| Order of use | Subscription credits are deducted first, followed by top-up credits |
| Validity | Top-up credits can be used **for 90 days from the purchase date** |

## Where to Check

You can view your current plan, remaining credits, and credit top-up history under **\[Manage Subscription]**.

## Important Notes

* This change **does not affect your subscription price**. Your existing billing date and billing amount will remain the same.
* If an existing Taste subscriber cancels their plan or switches to Starter, they **will not be able to re-subscribe to the Taste plan**.
* Top-up credits **can be used for 90 days from the purchase date and are not eligible for full or partial refunds**, including any credits remaining after they expire.
* Credit top-ups and related refunds are subject to the Terms of Service and the information provided within the service.
