# Images

> Quality variation, Edit, product recognition, credit refunds, Studio, and styles.

> **I generated an image by mistake. Can I get a refund?**
>
> Credits are deducted at the time of image generation, so refunds for incorrectly generated images are not possible.

> **Can I use the generated images anywhere?**
>
> Yes, but you must comply with each platform's image policies and your local advertising and labeling regulations.

> **Can the quality of generated images vary each time?**
>
> AI generates images by combining the input image, brand learning results, and selected concepts. Creative variations occur during this process, so slightly different results may be produced each time. This is normal AI behavior and not an error.

> **Can I edit a generated image?**
>
> Yes. You can continue refining a generated image with the 'Edit' feature. Describe the mood or direction you want, and ModoAI adjusts the result.

> **The image didn't turn out as expected. Can I get a refund?**
>
> Credit refunds are not available unless there is a technical error.
>

> **Why isn't my product being recognized properly?**
>
> AI recognizes products based on the product itself, so accessories or small items may not be recognized correctly.

> **What is the Studio feature?**
>
> Studio is a feature added with the official launch. You can create natural product images using just your product image and a background image of your choice. > **How many styles are available?**
